DESIGN
Warm contemporary North American interior: warm white, light oak, cream,
muted sage, dusty blue and small dark metal details. A/B remain bedrooms;
D is office/guest, I is central living, F family/dining, H the kitchen,
E an open covered entry patio, and G a garage. Furniture is newly arranged.

MODEL STATUS
The room functions and shell follow the owner's corrections through R06.
No wall or opening geometry has been altered for this design. The exact F
exterior door location is still unresolved; all three candidate approaches
are kept clear and the inherited symbols remain. G's west wall is 300 mm
provisionally. Concealed closet dividers are still approximate.
The fireplace is visible in original photo left_00066; its new reference
footprint is approximate, not a measured hearth or clearance specification.
New furniture, fittings, materials and lighting are design proposals.
All 48 added blocks are editable separately, including rugs, vehicles
and the fireplace reference. This is 2D CAD, not a native Revit BIM model.

CHECKS
Eight grouped checks passed: native CAD readback and block preservation,
unchanged reviewed shell, room containment/no footprint overlap, actual-wall
clearance, seven door-swing clearances, reserved access routes, fireplace
footprint separation and unchanged source hash. DWG round-trip retains mm
units and all new blocks with no skipped entities. ZIP CRC is checked.
Furniture dimensions and selected appliance/fixture operating space require
site/product review before purchase or installation. Vehicle footprints do
not include mirrors or open car doors.

PRESENTATION REVIEW
The offline guide passed 16 browser checks covering nine room selections,
clickable plan markers, furniture/access toggles, loaded images, and desktop/
mobile width. Browser console errors: zero. Desktop/mobile screenshots and
the verified Cadcraft R07 view are included under validation/.
